Foreword
Quake II had two console ports back in 1999: one for PSX (HammerHead) and another for N64 (Raster). While the former tried to stay close to the source material (though still added in two new enemies), the latter went its own way via a mostly original campaign of 19 continuous levels coupled with a dark ambient soundtrack by Aubrey Hodges.
The 2023 remaster goes the extra mile and brings the N64 campaign to other platforms for the first time, even to the point of mimicking its slightly altered physics. To not spoil things any further, it is left to the player to discover what is in there and what is not and come to his own verdict of the overall experience.
This guide has been created to serve as a clean-cut visual aid for for getting all 50 secrets in the N64 campaign (49 on Easy and Normal). This campaign being a 1-1 copy of a shooter designed around the limitations of a fifth generation console, the maps are fairly small and detail-free. In turn, most of the secrets it contains are easy to spot. You are encouraged to play at least on Hard difficulty (for maximum monster population) and discover all the secrets on your own. Better refer to the guide only to find out what you are missing instead of following it step by step.
Of the two shots provided for the secrets, the first one covers the area it is to be found in while the second one shows a particular detail, which, in most cases, is the trigger itself. Additional tips are deliberately kept short to let the shots speak for themselves.

Suggs, RevanNaut - thanks for the heads-up, I was not aware of that. Updated the Foreword and Orbital Station sections accordingly. Roland - 'DM4 hint' is me playing around with the original message that shows up at the end of an actual N64 run - it does not show up in the PC port, so I just went ahead and modified the wording to remind the players of that little extra.

@Suggs I played on Normal and it's not active there either.

Where do you see the text for the DM4 hint?

Unit 2 - Orbital Station :

Docking Station secret 3 seems to not be active on Easy, no part of the generator sides stick out slightly.

apart from that guides have been exact.
