Clearer Version of the rules I have stated beforehand:

General Rules:
Max Rare Tier Cards allowed in your deck is 3 and you may only run 1 copy of each.
Max Talking Tier Cards allowed in your deck is 1.
Max Common Tier Cards are allowed in any amount however You may only have 3 Copies of X Card.
Both Decks must be of 20 Cards.
You may only run 2 temples at once.

Costs:
Blood: Sacrifice a card that provides blood for x amount specified all cards provide blood unless there bloodless.
Bones: When one of your cards die Gain X By default X is one however some sigils allow gaining more or less bones than usual some even providing bones via different methods.
Energy: During your draw step you gain 1 when you spend energy they are not forever gone they will come back the next draw step.
Mox: While X Mox card is on field you have X Mox X being a Ruby Sapphire or Emerald.
Prism: Any Color of Gem may be used to play this card.
