Holdout - Cold Stream

Adds the Holdout Mutation on Cold Stream.

These 2 maps are based on survivng the hordes, rather than filling a generator with gas cans.

1st Map : There are 10 waves to survive before the chopper will arrive on the balcony of the ranger outpost.
2nd Map : There are 10 waves to survive before the chopper will arrive on the connecting pathway of the two staircases that are located at the lower side of the bridge.

To play the Holdout Mutation you have to go to the main menu, from there select the Mutations menu and then select "Change Mutation" option and change it to Holdout. Once you did, you can either create a lobby or join an existing game, as you normally would.

Note: There won't be any supply drops on these maps, so use your kits efficiently.
