Not sure if you're still updating this mod, but it's definitely broken right now. I managed to get it to a somewhat stable state by replacing every instance of
<key>( [start condition], [stop condition] )</key>
with
<start>[start condition]</start>
<stop>[stop condition]</stop>
in the "soundSustainersOnEvent" section in both vehicle's VehiclePawn file. Also, without Vanilla Vehicles Expanded it causes some weird bugs with traders for some reason.

Is there a way to modify/increase the fly speed of the Pelican? It's very slow.
