Yes, it's a guide to learn to play this funny game (its not 💀).

Hi, Im a low elo player and im here to lyk how to play Brawlhalla by the funny way. Before starting i wanna say thank you for reading this cuz i spent like half of my brain trying to do this the more interactive way possible for me. (i guess i did this in 1 hour or less, if you think i need to put something more just tell me in the comments!)

The Beggining of the end

If you're here to play like Impala, Pavelski, Sandstorm, Godly, Cosolix and other proplayers, youtubers and streamers, i just want to let you know that there is a long way (A LONG WAY) to play, learn, watch scythe tutorials, combos, true combos (the only true thing is i still can't do the easier true combo) and a lot of learning type of brawlhalla mechanics you need to at least play, and say that you are a great brawlhall a player without being in shame of your gold friend (who reached gold 1 just spamming orion).

By the way, if you are here to learn by suffering to be a good player, you will later see the results coming but for now, lets do things slowly.

Characters

While i'm doing this, there are 60 differents characters (no, the crossovers don't count) to play with, and 9 of them are being rotated every week to play them for free without paying for them for golden coins or mammoth coins (by the way who buys leyends with mammoth coins lol).

You'll have to choose for the 9 characters that are in rotation in that week and at least learn how to punch (if you don't know how to punch or do smth just go to the how to do something section).

By the way im gonna choose Queen Nai, because is a very fun leyend :).

First Steps :D

If you really dont know how to punch, well, go to offline play and go to training (u can use this to practice your combos too).
Here is the list of the default keys:








Numbers 1-8: Emotes (pls don't be toxic, even if the players are toxic with you, don't be toxic too, there are a lot of toxic players in this game and honestly we dont want more, its unhealthy)
Z: The dodge key, this dodge every attack for a bit of time (you cant hold it, just try it)
X: The signature attack (its used to get people out of the stage or its the main key of the spammers too)
C: The god key, its the key u will use the more time after the movement keys, cuz it's the key u can do combos (unless you are an spammer)
V: The throw key, its the key that you can use to throw things, like ur weapon and items that spawn on the stage.
Arrow Keys: The casual movement keys (u can move with the WASD keys if you want too)
Enter: It just pauses the game (use the esc key also its more comfortable lol)

Training

Well, as im playing Queen Nai for this tutorial, we are going to learn combos with her.

Spear: Well, this is the favorite weapon for the begginers cuz it has the easiest combo, but it gameplay is more than that, and u will need to know more than this combo to win a match.

Katar: Since there aren't simple combos to show you, you can just search for pro guides on Youtube to attack with katars.

Movement

This is a hard part, cuz there are a lot of movement skills but here i will include the dodge key.
You have 3 jumps from the ground, and 2 jumps when you are in the air, its good to know this to avoid accidental falls.
And then u have the dodges:
Normal Dodge: As i said in the default keys, this key let you dodge an attack in a short period of time, u will have to master this to avoid punishment from other players or to get another "jump" to reach the stage.















Chase dodge: You can use this for specific combos and it will be very helpful for you to keep the combos, you can activate this after attacking your oponnent and has a different animation as the normal dodge








Mid-air attack dodge (idk the original name lol): This is the key of the 0 to death combos or really hard combos, its hard to master, but once you master it, its your best weapon
