Join Ongoing Wars

This is a simple mod that adds a custom diplomatic action which allows a country to join an ongoing war.

Legend:
[Initiator = War Joiner]
[Target = The country on whose side the Initiator is joining]

For the diplo action to be visible
1. Both the Initiator and Target must not be decentralised
2. Initiator is not a revolutionary country
3. Target is the War Leader
4. Initiator's army can reach the Target

For the diplo action to be executed
1. Initiator is either a neighbour OR has an interest in the same strategic region as the Target
2. Initiator has at least Cordial relations with the Target

Effects of the diplo action upon execution
1. Initiator gains relations with the Target
2. Initiator gains infamy if the Target was the initiator of the war
3. Initiator joins the Target's war on their side

When will the AI use it
[YES]
1. The Target is fighting a war with a Pariah; OR
2. The Target is an ally or subject of the Initiator AND the Target has less than 0 war support.
[NO]
1. Any country which is at war with the Target has a higher army or navy size than the Initiator;
2. Any country which is at war with the Target is an ally, subject of the Initiator or has Cordial or greater relations with the Initiator; OR
3. The Initiator is in default OR does not have a healthy economy.

This mod should be compatible with all mods.
