[7hrowback] 5CP Staredown (Early Powerhouse)

IMPORTANT NOTE: This specific map is unfinished, and I do not intend on finishing it.
Regardless, I don't want the work I put in to go to waste, so I'm uploading it in its current state.
I initially started working on this with the intent of making a version that I think would have fit in the 2007 release, but quickly realized that I don't exactly have the skills to do so.

The map *is* fully playable, but it's not cleaned up very much. Any bot problems probably won't be fixed.

The leaked 'staredown' version of Powerhouse, with the 7hrowback scripts built in and various changes to the map.

To load the map through the console use 'map workshop/3013737995'

Features:
- Restored 2007/OB-Engine 'Quantum Crouch'
- Restored syringe jumping
- Restored pre 'Love and War' minigun
- No cosmetics
- Stock weapons only
- 2007 viewmodels
- No upgrading dispensers/teleporters
- No airblasting
- No moving buildings
- No ÜberCharge speed increase during setup round
- Original class speeds
- Unclamped air ducks
