Description
Adds Eleazar 'Lazar' Azoulay from Call of Duty: Cold War to Jagged Alliance 3.

Uses Barry's voice, as such he may refer to himself as Barry when selected.
Includes IMP and AIM versions, so you can use my COD canon-based preset (Mechanical, Explosives and Strength) or create your own.

I would not recommend using both AIM and IMP versions of him in one game, as having duplicated characters has been known to cause crashes.

The indicators of dexterity and agility are very small, there are no prospects for development. It's a pity, I love mechanics very much...
