Description
Towns Expansion mod expands 4 major towns across Kenshi : Bark, Flats Lagoon, Heng and The Hub. Aiming to make cities larger and more complex, new factions are introduced as well as new bounties to collect, new types of traders and heists to pull off.

Bark
Developing the sea-side of the city, a new military fort overlooks a shipping harbour that has become a hub for the Traders Guild. The fort is a restricted research lab of the United Cities, and has specific World States if its general is defeated.

Flats Lagoon
Now an oil refinery complex, Flats Lagoons revolves around a set of platforms linked with industrial bridges creating a multi-level city. The ground area is an oil field, while the higher levels are residential areas of oil-rich citizens and cyborgs.

Heng
This massive city becomes the most populated in Kenshi, bursting with high quality shops, nobles and more residents. Still in expansion, Heng features some districts that are currently under construction with vagrants wandering around worksites.

The Hub
Turned into a lawless slum, The Hub is infested with vagrants and criminal gangs from the Swamp moving in. A raging gang war is set against a cannibal syndicate, which can be defeated if its leader is taken out in its HQ in Skyscrap.

Notes
Import is needed to update major towns and all vanilla World States are also adjusted. Note that performance can be an issue. Other mods that rework the same major towns as Towns Expansion should be avoided for mod compatibility issues.

@DragonNTigerZ it was an abandoned fortress for a long time until outlaws started settling there. They built a bar, thieves came and occupied a restored tower, the walls and gates have been restored and you got the little hut with goodies in it that wasn't obliterated to begin with, as it still contains a copy of the Holy Flame.

From a lore perspective, this fortress has been further restored and transformed into a proper town/city, instead of just being left in perpetual disrepair without your intervention specifically. I'm all for affecting the world of Kenshi through my own actions, but I'd prefer if the world went on without me too, rather than staying the same forever. This mod doesn't do that exactly, but it gives you the feel that things are happening even when you ain't there. It's pretty good.

Really not a fan of the Hub here... like others have said, it's way too chaotic. Whatmore, isn't the lore of the Hub that it's an abandoned fortress? Not a lawless city? Would love a version with the vanilla Hub intact.

Hola! un comentario random en español, solo para denotar una cosa, la idea de la guerra de bandas en el ¨Meollo¨ (The Hub en ingles) ME ENCANTA! se puede sentir el caos de vivir un punto de infeccion para lo peor de cada grupo social de kenshi, es interesante la presion con la que estan constantemente, En concepto me gusta la idea, en la ejecusion funciona como un punto de inicio definitivamente no un lugar en el que quieras quedarte mucho tiempo, como la economia en esa area no es tan relavante luego de un tiempo en el juego, lo hace el punto idoneo para este tipo de eventos de cuenta regresiva, excelente trabajo!:steamthumbsup::steamthumbsup::mhwgood:

Solo me gustaria que Reactive world funcionada bien con esto, pero creo que no sera el caso.:steamsad:

Just cuz its intended doesnt make it less shit
the towns are marvellous
but the death of shopkeepers and alike sux big time
kenshi is just not made for that
its not dynamic like that
its a foreverwar that just sux and brings nothing but annoyance

the syndicate in the hub must be set to peaceful
otherwise its utter pandamonium

Yeah the Hub is.... Chaos. Way to many Syndicates, they keep leaving their base and murdering the entire city. It's a nice idea, but if you stay in the area for more than a week, half of everyone is dead.
