From the survival-horror game Signalis.

-SPOILER AHEAD-
Eerie scene you see for a few second on a cutscene where you see Isa Itou lose hope and perish. I personally liked this because its simple yet symbolic in a way. It wasn't animated like this from the game, I just added my own effects to my liking. Included a clock because why not?
