Description
Standalone mod, a port of the bloons i included in Jani's Shipyard back in classic.

This is Peak Cosmoteer.

Adds a "Creative mode" Bloon Spawnpoint and a Moab Spawnpoint, Bloons fly in a straight path but Moabs have homing. They Deal Damage according to their total pops, or "RBE" (Red Bloon Equivalent)
Every Health point of a bloon is a single point defense shot hit. Due to limitations, there is no regrow bloons, or camo bloons. However Fortified Bloons may be real in a future update if i ever bother.

homing to them would cause lag because of their immense quantity when popping moabs

i might make a resource so they aren't buildable on career without using i hate crew construction feature

These are NOT made to be spawned in career in any capacity... unless cheats and etc

i also made the moabs home in but not the bloons
since bloons are kinda extreme adding

Maybe add a bit of seeking to them? and make the higher tier bloons have a lower fire rate?

also, DRASTICALLY reduce the cost of the Moab spawner. I getb that it spawns BADs, but seriously, 40 million? At least the bloon spawner is capable of being gotten in normal campaign.

but yeah, heatseaking. Maybe turn from projectiles to missiles could help? the point defense will still try to stop it.
