Tr. Noise/Hardoween Noise
- 1 red and 1 black heart
- 3 damage
- 1 speed
Starts with:
Ghost Bombs
2Spooky
Dark Matter
Evil Plate (gimmick item)
Gimmick: use evil plate to sacrifice your HP (half a heart, whole heart if you use it over 10 times in a floor, prioritises soul hp cuz fuck you Noise) to do a random ""bad"" effect (any bad pill, card or active item but with a twist, like tower bombs homing onto foes, stat down pills giving you a tiny permanent boost to all other stats, lemon mishap puddle becoming a cheese slime which slows foes down, slowly crawls towards them and also has a face, blood oath cuts hurting you by half but giving you the same stats as if it did full damage, and more that i cant mention here cuz it'd take too long)
Basically, sacrifice HP for good bad effects

also if you ever make epiphany compatibility for your pt mods, i have some ideas for the tarnisheds
Tr. Peppino/Fake Peppino:
- 3 soul hearts
- 1 damage
- 0.95 (.7 without aries) speed
- negative 3 luck
Starts with:
Decap Attack
Giant Cell
Aries
Clone Bone (the gimmick item)
The gimmick:
Clone bone spawns other Fake Peppinos which do one attack (shoot a singular, but stronger tear, throw a bomb that cannot hurt you, throw their head or just run from one side of the room to the other) and die (one dies, another one spawns)
You can interact with the clones (throw them your head so they can throw it at the foes if you missed them, pick up your minipeps to protect them for a while before they collapse, ram into them with aries so they get a speed boost on their attacks or just shoot at them to give them your tears and make them shoot them out with higher damage)
