Tech Hunters can save all cities

Description
At the game start, there are practically no differences from vanilla.
So, what is next? If you are going to kill the vanilla faction leaders, their infrastructure will be replaced by Tech Hunters.
Additional overrides insure cities from devastation.
The Tech Hunters' Commandants govern the captured towns.
Death of the Commandant continues vanilla overrides - town will be destroyed or captured by the vanilla factions.

And also the HQs of Tech Hunters are bars!

Due to unresolved bugs, these overwrites have now been removed: Ark, Berserker Village, Cactus Den, Cannibal Capital, Cannibal Village, Cult Village, First Village, Fish Isle, Island Lab, Narko's Trap, New Kralia, Reaver Camp, Red Sabre Hideout, Swamp Ninja Base, Tengu's Vault.

@Raiko, of course it would be reasonable. But how many players would have seen this rewrite then? 2%?
At first, that's what I wanted to do. But I abandoned this idea.

It will make more sense to do replacement after the second or third "change of hands". For example, tech-hunters can go to The Arc only if other factions no longer able to.
