An edit of Downtown Tits, that still looks like Downtown Tits
Most edits of the map just replace every texture with some white bricks, and it looks ugly as ♥♥♥♥. This edit aims to remain true to the original, while adding some extra buildings and stuff.

Changes from RP Downtown Tits V2
- Replaced the warehouse by spawn with a new spawnpoint, complete with a casino (Inspired by NSN's old custom map)
- Made the tunnel from spawn to Downtown bigger
- Replaced the fountain area with a raised statue area
- Changes to the bank
> - Removed one of the teller windows, added space for ATMs
> - Removed the bank vault room, made room before it bigger for vault entities
- Added a one-way seethrough arena/jail beside the Statue Area (Useful for PvP Arenas or Jail Rooms)
- Changes to the Parker Constructions Building by PD
> - Moved the big door down
> - Moved the desk to the back wall
- Changed textures in the gunshop
- Replaced the Warehouse across from the gunshop
> - Replaced with two adjacent buildings with the same design: a big & small door, and a window
> - Added alleyway behind the buildings, nice for hobo dumpsters
- Made the closest island in the ocean greener
- Made the floor green in the Admin Room
- Replaced tunnel to the Admin Room with a sit area
- Added building by PD
- Added roof access to the top of the shop by PD
