Simplified Home-Brewed Antibiotics and Painkillers Guide

Learn how to make the multiple needed antibiotics and painkillers in the simplest way.

Made this guide for my bad memory but I hope it can be useful for others.

Preface

Context

In order to suface your menkhu duties you'll have to obtain antibiotics and painkillers if you want to treat infected patients for that you will need to either buy these at a pharmacy or make them yourself at the Haruspex's lair with the help of the brewing machine.

So then in the next sections I'll show a simplified way to make these drugs,
I already made a guide covering the making of tinctures and the process of using them to treat patients (Just in case);

Home-Brewing Antibiotics

In comparison with tincture making, brewing is extremely easy as you will have to use premade tinctures to then convert them into antibiotics of the same layer.

For the brewing process you'll need precious and irreplaceable human organs, such as livers, kidneys, hearts and brains, now there are 2 kinds of organs that you can obtain from people;
Regular organs and Infected organs

After you make your way to obtain these you can now use them at the brewing station at the Harupex's lair after repairing it with the same materials used to repair the Alembic.



In order to make home-brewed antibiotics you will need to use INFECTED ORGANS, the use of regular healthy organs is for painkillers.
The secret to make antibiotics is to simply use ANY kind of INFECTED ORGAN or BLOOD with a regular tincture of any kind to make antibiotics of the same layer.

So then, the question to be asked, ¿What's the difference between all the different organs while brewing?

Home-Brewing Painkillers

For the making of painkillers we'll keep using human organs but in this case we'll use REGULAR ORGANS not infected ones.
For these we'll also keep using the same organ tier list previously shown but now they are regular organs and ignoring the infection reduction.

In order to make better painkillers than the ones sold in any pharmacy we'll have to use any A+ tier organ

Notes and Tips

• 1.- Don't harvest people's organs if the text to do so is red, only conduct an autopsy at the hospital with deceased patients
  
• 2.- When harvesting bodies the best strategy to maximize your scalpel is to start from the bottom of the body and finish with the brains
  
• 3.- Using Tier B+ Home-Brewed antibiotics is the best option when taking care of patients than using regular pharmacy pills.
