If a hunter is running at you keep in mind the hunter is probably gonna tackle you. U can block the attack by simply pressing space. If ur confident, try standing infront of a spike and blocking its tackle forcing the hunter into the spike and killing the hunter. Same thing for UV blocks.

Try to have a plane field and becarefull of cramped spaces, as you can dodge spits harder.

Watch Your Surroundings: Remain vigilant and observant of your surroundings. The Night Hunter may try to surprise you with stealthy attacks or ambushes. Scan the area frequently, listen for audio cues, and use your survivor sense to detect any nearby threats.

Customize Your Loadout: Take advantage of the game's weapon and equipment customization system. Choose weapons that suit your playstyle, modify them with upgrades, and equip gadgets that can help you survive encounters with the Night Hunter.
