2. Download GCFScape in this website https://www.gamemaps.com/details/16232
3. Download Winrar in this website http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
3. Go to \Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop
4. Look for my file "2999782640"
5.Open it using GCFScape
6.Extract it and open it
7. Read the Info, It contains the site where to download the opening background
8. Download the File and Extract it using again in GCFScape
9. After you extract it Put it in your \Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\media
10. Make a Copy of l4d2_background01, 4 Copies and rename it to l4d2_background02 to l4d2_background05
11. Paste the renamed duplicate in \Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\media
12. Play the Game
