This is a remake of the old mod The Utopia that includes a lot of new and revamped content.

This mod contains:
- 22 ranged weapons
- 10 melee weapons
- 8 attachment
- 3 explosives
- 8 melee injectors (they give effects to the melee weapons)
- 8 energy modules (they give abilities to entities with energy when module they inserts into the middle body)
- 9 chips for humans (insert to the head)
- 3 mechanisms
- 71 characters

Lore

Year 3006. Corporation Diskio inc. started a project to capture the flying island Motuhau. For this, They entered into a contract with the Authority of this island, promising them complete control of this island. For this corporation Diskio inc. decided to resort to a military attack on the resistance that was being formed. To do this, the authorities decided to take the combat call sign V.L.A.S.T, but the authorities did not know that Diskio inc. going to use them for their own purposes. Diskio inc. asked the authorities to increase their funding, as they said, in order to more humanely and quickly neutralize the resistance. But in fact, Diskio inc. have been working on a new version of the controlled black whisper. When they presented their first soldier with a beefy black whisper to the authorities, they said that it would help them incapacitate the resistance. In fact, Diskio wanted to completely subjugate the island of Motuhau. The resistance wanted to prevent them and live in peace.
