"OUT OF VIDEO MEMORY" solution for nVIDIA cards only

Go to your desktop and right click > NVIDIA Control Panel. Manage 3D settings and scroll until you find shader cache size. Set it to 10 GB and make sure your boot drive has enough space.

Probably not related, but also worth trying:

- Increase SWAP file size: Advanced system settings - Advanced - Performance "Settings" - Advacned - Virtual Memory
- Remove any overclock, including XMP profiling

Even, for some reason, all this will not help, try to just "bruteforce" into the game, and by this I mean open the game - game crashes - open the game - game crashes... slowly the shader compiling should get more stable and as long as you pass 15-16% mark you are in the green, the game should be stable from then on.
