Report a translation problem
It already mentions it:
"This mod adds a bunch of independent, sovereign planets for you to interact with (or conquer), called Planet States.
These Planet States will spawn at the start of the game in random systems and will have random names."
No major changes.
They should be spawning on all map sizes. You probably have another mod conflicting with it. If you check your game.log file, it should show you that they spawned.
For now there are only 4. I plan to add at least one to two more at some point.
Its because frontend.gui is changed with the mod. I plan on releasing the 3.9 compat update today and it should fix it.
I will be updating Planet States with minor things such as spawn logging and basic 3.9 compatibility. Don't expect an immediate release day update unless the amount code reworking is next to minimal.
