that lua file registers the playermodel ingame
same name but different lua file adding separate playermodel
But after checking it on in game. they are wearing same maid outfit but different hair and looks.
here a console addon conflict I discovered.
Addon '<color=255,128,0>[PM] Sophina</color>' probably conflicts with addon '<color=255,128,0>Sofina Cat Maid Outfit [PM]</color>' due to both having the following files:
