Weapon manufacturers Plus RUS

This mod adds new weapon manufacturers for United Cities and Holy Nation. In the vanilla game, these two powerful factions, for some unknown reason, use junk of inferior quality (the Kingdom of Sheks does not count, because they do not produce their equipment, but take away from defeated opponents, or buy from other factions). Now these factions are equipped with standard-quality weapons. This makes the game a little more difficult, because the damage of their soldiers becomes a little more. Also, the holy nation armorer will no longer have rusty scrap metal on sale.
The mod does not replace the weapons of elite samurai of United Cities.
