This mod is Ironman and Multiplayer compatible, as Advisor mods do not change the Checksum.

I've designed this mod mainly because I had 3 qualms with the vanilla Militarist advisor; 1) Repetitive lines, 2) Radio Static Effect, 3) More Xenophobic than Militarist. I've rectified those qualms with my own attempts at sprucing up a Militarist's right hand advisor.
