@AXKM ....Another reason is that I haven't been using RICO for a while, and I'm not familiar with its current functionalities. Moreover, as I believe in simulating a city scale of around only 150,000 to 200,000 population that fits the C:Skyline, not requiring a significant population, I actually need sparser buildings to fill them in. It's a bit of a pity that they're not set up as RICO, but the main advantage is that they can be placed anywhere.

@AXKM Thank you for your appreciation. Currently, the configuration involves unique buildings with no required workforce or assigned values. This configuration allows these buildings to be placed without needing to be directly connected to roads; they can essentially be situated anywhere. These buildings will remain indefinitely, eliminating concerns about their potential disappearance due to certain factors. These were the reasons and benefits behind my initial setup choice. The buildings can also be positioned farther from roads and even within the backyard inside layout. I treat them as semi-props that can be placed anywhere with a simple 'plop.' .....

Can these be turned into RICO buildings?
I really like the assets, however I feel it would be more effective if they were able to be used as RICO buildings.

@Syrenet I'm sorry. In order to ensure that the walls always had various soft-toned light-colors, the _c.png images were set to RGB 64 out of 256, representing the color-intensity limited at approximately 1/4, resulting in all kinds of light-colors walls.
But if you are referring to repainting the roof from red to blue with the purpose of changing the roof color, I think achieving the exact color you want would be difficult.
Initially, I thought of two options: one was to keep the house body color permanently white while making the roof colors changeable, and the other option was to keep the roof red while making the wall colors changeable. In the end, I leaned towards the second option. Now they are all changeable in color, but they are all light-colors, and this is more for the purpose of the wall-colors changeable.
