Look no further. This guide will show you how to get your character onto the arm-wrestling table and look at everyone from above, like the king you are.

Explanation

W + SHIFT + SPACE are your best friends. The key is getting the timing correctly between these three buttons in that order, and the right angle for the jump.

Personal note: clicking them one by one in a rapid (about 0.2 seconds between each) sequential succession seems to have a better effect, rather than just hitting them all at the same time.

TL;DR:
Jump too far left - miss the bin
Jump too far right - hit the upper staircase
Screw up the timing - won't jump or will jump in the wrong direction.
Simple.

(Note that the jump angle in the photo is irrelevant)

After first jump

So, you have landed on Mister Trash. What now?

From here on - you have two main options to jump to:

One is the seating space of the table.

Another one is just off the side - it's the sick patient (he is RNG-dependent).



He is our key element in making the jump.

You need to watch out for the metal arc surrounding the passage, as it can block you from jumping off the trash can if you are too close to the wall.

This is what your landing should look like.

Keep in mind that if you jump too far, you risk getting stuck between the chairs and glitch in the air. Also there is a high tendency of the NPC's hitbox to block you from making the jump. Solution: wait until he "coughs" or leans his body forward to make your life easier.

Living the dream

Once you land you want to move "on top" of the NPC's head. This can be done similarly by waiting until he leans forward.

That W key will be struggling initially, but once you "feel" like you are on a smooth hitbox, and are able to walk relatively freely, you did everything right. This is what it should look like:
