Based on two years of experience, the resort city is built with hotel economy and pedestrian streets, with a weekly tourist volume exceeding 2W+. The main public transportation connecting various functional areas is built with subway (long-distance transportation) and tram (close distance transportation), taking on the main carrier of public transportation in the city, and supplemented by passenger airports, passenger ports, and passenger train stations to enhance the city's energy level and increase the total passenger volume.



Each sub district has its own characteristics, with 11 major districts (excluding 10 sub districts) under its jurisdiction throughout the city

1- Resort City (consisting of hotels, pedestrian streets, and tourist attractions)

2- Leisure and entertainment area (built around the leisure and entertainment area+airport)

3- Information Industry Zone (built around the combination of information industry clusters and characteristic landmarks)

4- Financial High tech Zone (built around the financial industry cluster and characteristic landmarks)

5- Ciudad del Saber (an education system built by university town+paid education (primary and secondary schools)+school district housing)

6- Huanyu City (as well as a new commercial center created by characteristic landmarks and dual passenger and freight train stations)

7- European style area (block houses built in European style)

8- Pazhou Bay (creating a complementary comprehensive area across the shore through the cross sea fast track)

9. Five major residential areas (A-E areas) under the jurisdiction of the core area (municipal area)

10. Under the jurisdiction of the Nanshi Special Products Zone (Industrial Integration Zone), there are five major industrial zones (forest, ore, oil, agricultural trade, and commercial industrial zones)

11. Sakurayama Pass (a natural scenic area created by the natural environment of the northeastern mountainous area, supported by organic commerce, becoming a new energy economy demonstration zone)
