Growth Accelerator

Description
Adds a growth vat accelerator, that increases growth speed at the cost of electricity and nutrition.

Up to 5 accelerators can be placed on a single growth vat, stacking additively.
Note that they have to be placed adjacent to the vat, facing it. See the preview image (symmetry is not required).

You can stack several on the same growth vat.
