German Bundesliga, but the 50+1 rule was abolished in 2007

In Germany the clubs must hold 50.1% share of the club. The background to this regulation is to prevent large companies or other investors (neither private or state) from taking complete control of the professional teams of clubs, as is often the case in the big leagues (PSG, almost every PML Club, Juventus, etc). This mod removes the rule and allows the takeover by investors of German clubs. This mod provides a scenario in which this rule was already abolished in 2007. Therefore, all German clubs in this database have an investor and were not forced to sell their best players in the past. Dortmund comes with players like Haaland, Lewandowski, Sancho &more, but also teams like Schalke, Hamburg or Stuttgart were able to keep their best players to provide a more exciting league. This scenario also implies that the Bundesliga was able to keep up with the Premiere League. (thx to Demonkrieger in the comments)
