Instead of "Can of Lockpick Fail" and "Require Burglar" toggles, can you just make two chance options?
That way we can set different chances with/without Burglar, or disable it with 100%, or really just have full control. Especially if you turn Paperclip break into a chance, too. Simplifies your options a little, too.
Lockpick Failure Chance: (0-100%)
Burglar Failure Chance: (0-100%)
Break Paperclip on Failure: (0-100%)
Lockpick Speed Multiplier: (0.1-10.0)
