Here is a simple guide, with only those related with the Coup and the Kurt quests.

• Be aware the Point of no Return
  Complete before deliver "The Prince's Secret" for Constantin.
  
• Its possible to get all 4 secret achievements in one single run, but you NEED to make a this save right.
  
• If you don't know the precise save, the best one is before the plague doctor show the sample of Constatin Blood.

Missed Coup

This is the best result.
In order to get this, you must have completed Kurt's companion quests
- "Missing in Action"
- "Amongst the Ghosts".

This allows you to warn both the alliances improving your relationship with the two factions. And keeping Kurt as a companion.

Betrayal in Blood

If you have not completed Kurt's personal quests, he will attack you alongside the Coin Guard.
You can choose to spare him or kill him, but he will die no matter. And then you will make a choice to unlock the other two achievements.


Now make a new save after secure Constantin.
Then you will need to choose for the other two achievements.


- Preserved Alliance -
You need to you choose to warn/save Hikmet (the Alliance).

Then you load your save and make another choice.

- In the Name of the Enlightened -
You need to choose to warn San Matheus (Theleme).

The "Betrayal in Blood" achievement/trophy will unlock at the end of the quest Treason, after you chose the side.

File

If you are just lazy, make wrong choice, or like me lost your progress and need to play all over again.
(For the 3 time, my first time was game pass. Yeah, yeah, i know, i like this kind of torture.)

your save file sadly requires the adventure DLC, so if people dont have that, then they cant use the save file.
