Description
This asset was inspired by Villa Canepa, located in Chiavari, Italy.
The villa was erected around 1890 by brothers Francesco and Giovanni Canepa thanks to the proceeds of a thriving and prosperous industry started in Chile, where they had emigrated a few years earlier. It is a rather unusual example of liberty architecture.

The asset is a level 5 low density residential lot.
Mesh: 13198 tris, no submeshes.

Eh, I know that the file size and especially tris count is a bit high... I try to improve quality and reduce "weight" every time, but the way is long...
