Here some important results of my experiments.
I went "Sordish War Machine" root and allied Valgsland. And it seems, that forced Sordland Navy partake in Hejiland conflict in full force.
Also, I've silenced Ilana with SSP.
In the end, Rumburg was not kicked out of OMEC.
