Yeah, it gets irritating after a while, that I can agree on.
So in essence, what is being heard as "To Me!" may be the Chinese phrase 遵命 "Zūnmìng!". Zūnmìng literally means "Affirmative" in Chinese.
For future reference, the three Unit Responses in Chinese when you select them are:
• 在 Zài! (Here!)
• 諾 Nuò! (Yes!)
• 遵命 Zūnmìng! (Affirmative!)
I am not sure why CA did this, but I did try to get to the root of their voice files to find the parameters and set them to be the same as male, but that seems to be hardcoded behind event_data.dat file which I have no way of editing unfortunately.
