Nucleus Optimized

This is a modified version of koth_nucleus with a bunch of tweaks to increase performance, improve loading times and decrease file size. The layout of the map has not been changed.

IMPORTANT: To play the map after subscribing, type "map workshop/2989166395" in console.

- Added distance fade to some props.
- Chairs and computers on the RED side are now red. (instead of blue for some reason)
- Removed some insignificant props.
- Optimized lightmaps.
- Optimized cubemaps.
- Reduced the file size significantly.

This map is supposed to be a community fix.
This map has no gameplay changes, only visual ones.
The map has been compiled with HDR and has built cubemaps.
If you want some feature to be added, feel free to use the comments.

And, of course, all credit for the original map goes to Valve.
