Description
Reduces the penalties for Critical Skills. Increases the Learning rate of skills with no passion.

Holding a critical skill makes non-critical skills learn at 80% of their normal rate instead of 25%. Skills with no passions learn at 50% instead of 35%. This is to provide a bigger gap between them and Apathetic skills, which learn at 25%

Only changes settings on the Vanilla Extended Skills mod so any restrictions on adding or removing midgame should be the same. I have not had any issues myself.

Why would VE team think nerfing the skill acquisition to the dust was a good idea anyway? I'm genuinely curious why most of their balancing feel dumb af.

This is a really nice rebalance in my opinion, and makes me enjoy Critical and Apathetic rather than sighing when I see them.

Thank you, awesome mod! Would be neat if you added that comment mentioning the 25% -> 80% non-Critical learn rate explanation inside of your mod description, so that other people knows what they are signing up for specifically!

This is a buff, not a nerf, Nerfing implies you are making it worse, buff means you are making it more powerful
