Description
!This Mod Alters The Following Basegame files:
00_defines.txt (NCulture|DEFAULT_MAX_TRADITIONS)
and
00_culture_eras.txt

Baseline Culture Tradition Slots are increased from 5 to 7
Eras now provide more than one slot:
+2 in Early Med.
+3 in High Med.
+4 in Late Med.

@Ivory Tower my guess is that, assuming you're running other mods, they alter the files above with their own changes. Unknown what would need the defines in its entirety, but a lot of things are tied up in culture_eras, namely the power-scaling of longbowmen, accolades, and the start-dates of Eras.

For some reason, the game doesn't recognized the mod. I still get the 8 slots instead of 16

We have been updated. See changelog for the more verbose explanation, short version is that Longbowmen were buffed in vanilla.:crusader_helmet:
