Extended Timeline: The First Crusade Flavour Expansion pack

Description
This mod adds a start date for the First Crusade in extended timeline, and adds 40 events that cover the events of the first Crusade between the council of Piacenza in 1095 and the fall of the county of Edessa in 1144.

Extended timeline is required for this mod to function properly. The mod was designed with the intent that you play from the newly made start date, I recommend disabling it if you do not plan to do so.

How do I trigger the whole mod? I've played as Papal States, France, Tuscany and Byzantium and nothing happened. How does this mod "start"?
