I'm sorry to inform you that the changes didn't apply, at least in the workshop's upload, I am still seeing film grain.
By the way, i saw some wallpapers where u have options to enable/disbale things in te wallpaper, if you find how to make that to make an option to enable/disable the film grain, it'll be better than just disabling it, because maybe some people would like to have it enabled.
