Adds the Decision "Receive harm event flags" to the UI. This Decision will flag the current Ruler as pass/cleared harm events listed below and in-game.
Adds the Decision "Reset harm delay for Dynasty and House" to the UI. This Decision will delay the harm events that CAN NOT be flagged as cleared because they are persistent and occur by the situation.

NOTE : Adjusting the Game Settings to ONLY harm AI will make the first Decision of this mod unnecessary. As these events will not target the Player's Ruler.

The first Decision will stop the event from occurring by flagging it as "has happened" to the player's Ruler. These events are situational and are randomized by: Activity preferences, Traits, Education, Age, or Health. The events are designed to kill or make the Ruler incapable. You must use the Decision before the event is triggered and running. The Decision will flag ALL the listed events.

Your mind fogs., Your bones creak., Best in Breed (both stems), A little tumble (both stems), Gurgling & Grasping (both stems) The World Slipping (both stems), Chilled to the Bones (both stems), A Thud & A Snap (both stems), The Descent (both stems), A Trip During Training (both stems), Slippery when Wet (both stems), Death from Above (both stems), What's the Harm? (both stems), Dizzying Heights (both stems), A Jolly Good Time (both stems), A Rollicking Good Time (both stems), Some Slight Swelling (both stems), Choke On It (both stems), Ride or Die (both stems), Finger-Licking Good (both stems), A Clogged Throat (both stems), Probably Safe (both stems), Flickering Flames (both stems), A Moderate Tumble (both stems), Crimes of Passion (both stems), Storm's Wrath (both stems), Aching Minds (both stems), Street Safety (both stems), People's Justice (both stems).

The second Decision is still in testing and so far it has been working for test cases, feel free to comment when something may occur. This Decision will reset the Dynasty/House harm timer to the default. The Game Settings will only delay when and how often harm will befall the AI and Player, you can adjust Game Settings to not harm you the player, but harm can still hit your Dynasty/House and set intervals. With this Decision, you can reset the Timer (Cooldown) for the Dynasty/House of your Ruler so that a harm event that can not be flagged cleared, will not trigger.

Events such as but not limited to : "Broken by Battle" event harm.0011~0020

Update 1.11 - Peacock has added changes to the following file...

-game\events\harm_events.txt

The changes remove the 80 / 20 percent death / live rate with a modifier that will adjust your odds.
As well, the court position Physician can now help your odds in a variety of events.

This Mod, scripts require no adjusting since the Character values they reset and turn on have not been changed.
Further, the major patch update has only made it default in-game settings not to harm Rulers, only the AI.

An update to the mod file itself seems unnecessary, but please feel free to message me with any oddities you may find. This Mod (scripts) should have no incompatibilities unless some other modder completely rewrites the core harm events.

I have less against harm events in concept as I do in execution, particularly in that "disabling" or setting them to AI only through the game rules at present still doesn't stop my rulers from getting targeted sometimes at random... which does rather wind me up after a while.

Will give this a go, looks to be good!

Update 1.10.0 "Quill" has not made changes to the following files...

.game\events\harm_events.txt
.game\events\travel_events\travel_events.txt

Scripts should execute on 1.10 as they did for 1.9.x. Please remember that if you are using Harm in the settings, the decision should be executed before the event triggers.

The balance is completely off with how harm_event.txt executes. They actively target the highest ranking Rulers of all Dynasty/House at set intervals. The determiner is also continued to be filtered by greatly educated, to further salt the wound.

Some of these harm events are some of the worst game design imaginable... If you want to add more disruptive elements to the average playthrough, tie them in with gameplay, don't just randomly throw a 80% fatality diceroll...
