1. After breaking, ceramic is still lvl 6?
2. After breaking suspects armor is now fully not working (to armor level, no blunt damage reduction), right? (btw according to my calculation - yes but who knows)
3. Are T1 pistols and T1 smgs do less than 70 damage?
Originally the testing was manual, but now everything is datamined and only a little bit of testing to make sure that things function properly.
If you want to figure out health, arrest a suspect and use 9mm AP to shoot them in the leg until they die. That'll get you within 21 points of the correct number.
If you want to figure out armor, test torso shots with 9mm JHP, 9mm AP, 5.7x28 AP.
If 5.7x28 cannot kill, they have level 4 armor, if 9mm AP can't kill, they have L3A, if 9mm JHP can't kill, they have L2 armor.
