Remake All the units's Upgrade Effects To make much more difference among them. I really appreciate the same thing that AOW3 dose. Through this Mod, High Tier Units with high Level will be more powerful than usual, which makes them More Attractive for players to use（Not only attributes imporve, but also unique Abilities Or Properties Gain.）.

奇迹时代4的升级效果基本是根据阶级来的，都很一致。在这点上我个人还是更喜欢奇迹时代3的设计，不同的单位会随着升级解锁更多新的能力并提升属性，因此我重制了所有单位的升级效果，给他们增添了属性的提升和特别能力的获得，尤其是高阶级单位，可能会比以前更强，也更有趣，或许能稍微与多个种族转换下的文化单位有一战之力。
