Dagan Hera was a force-sensitive male humanoid who served as a Jedi master during the era of the Supreme Republic. He was a famous member of the Jedi Order during his heyday and discovered the planet Tanalorr during an unexplored journey through the Koboh Abyss.

His desire to use Tanalorr as a Jedi bastion in the Outer Rim and as a temple for the training of initiates soon developed into an obsession with the planet, culminating in the fact that he betrayed the Jedi and was sealed in a Bacta tank for two centuries after Nihil invaded Tanalorr.

He was awakened from this dream in 9 BBY by the Jedi Knight Cal Kestis during the reign of the Galactic Empire after the fall of the Galactic Republic, and thus he joined the Bedlam Raiders and began a campaign to return to Tanalorr, which put him at odds with Kestis, who eventually defeated and killed the fallen Jedi with the help of Bode Akuna.

Unfortunately, Nikhil Marauders invaded the planet, as a result of which Dagan Hera had to deal with them alone. In addition, the Jedi Council urged him to leave the planet in light of the invasion.
