Heavy Chopper (CH-53 Sea Stallion)

Descrição
Hey you! Are you the owner of a crippling weapons manufacturing company, and need to hire mercenaries to go into a poor country in Urzikstan, to study, bring back pieces of military equipment, and fight against other mercenaries? Do you also need a way to exfil them out of the area? How about a strong, durable heavy lift helicopter to change the tides in a ground war? Well ive got the thing for you! Based on the CH-53 Sea Stallion, i have developed the Heavy Chopper (all rights reserved, definetly not copying a certain sea stallion absolutely not.) This thing is a powerhouse, with strong lift capabilities (definetly tested absolutely), missile detection and auto chaff system, heading hold, alt hold, and more! Why would you ever need a REAL sea stallion when you can have this! And all for a low low price of 45k! (wow!) All this, and more, could be yours, if you pressed that juicy subscribe button at the bottom :)

Disclaimer:

This is my Heavy Chopper, from my MWII vehicles series. It, and all others, are based on vehicles from DMZ, Warzone 2, and MWII.

--Things to look out for:

1. This uses PIDs for the throttle. After startup, the throttle will get very high and will be unstable for a short period. It is advised to not touch the throttle lever until the rps stabilizes at 45.

1a. Because of this, if any part of the helicopter touches anything besides the wheels touching the ground, the helicopter will go out of control (and spin around) until the rps stabilizes at 45.

2. Sometimes, the ramp will only open partway. Sit in a seat to continue the ramp opening. Will happen again when the ramp is closed and opened again. Only fix is to leave and rejoin. Idk why it does this.

3. the Left/Right arrow and A/D are inverted in retrospect to the standard controls in helicopters. To change this, just go into the logic and change what was connected from A/D to L/R arrow, and vice versa. I made this heli for myself mostly, and these are the controls i like. It can be changed using the method above.

4. The gas mileage is like REALLY bad. Not because i couldnt/didnt know of a way to make it better (definetly) but mostly because i wanted it to be realistic to the game, where it also has terrible gas mileage there. I mean, it’s not super super terrible, on a full tank, from takeoff at o’Neil it can fly halfway to the airport at the arctic.

--Operation manual.

1. Step into the cockpit. On the overhead panel, turn on all 3 fuel valves (even the ones that say refueling valves. Two of the fuel tanks are connected to those and wont pull fuel if they arent switched on)

2. Turn on the Avionics and Gyro switches, to the right of the throttle lever.

3. Press and hold the start button to the left of the fuel valves until the jet engine starts. Happens at 0.50 rps.

4. While the helicopter rps is going up, you can fiddle with the lights on the console panels.

5. Once in flight, you can press the alt hold button to hold altitude, and the hold forward to hold forward flight.

--Auto chaff operation guide

To the right of the "radar" (that doesnt work,) there are two 1x1 monitors. One is for fuel consumption, the other is for the auto chaff. All you need to know about it is that the bottom button turns the auto chaff from automatic to manual. Manual is controlled by the Flares Flares! switch below the monitor.

Ik it’s not the best vehicle ever, but as my first heli I am quite proud of myself. Also, thanks to the stormworks community for the tips
