I have 3 accounts that are ineligible to open cases. I have gotten 0 cases since this new care package system. And I have had 6 care packages all consisting of 2 graffiti and 2 weapon skins. A friend of mine is allowed to open cases and got 2 care packages both containing a case. Anybody know what has happend? Is Valve secretly making people from NL unable to receive cases? Or have I been really unlucky?

Terrible system. That is a mercenary system. In CS GO the drop system was after each match. WTF did you guys do? WORST system ever. I hope one day the old system comes.
