Biotrophy Atrophy

Ever thought biotrophies were a little too good at their job for not enough input? Well, some special someone did, and I created this mod as a way to adjust biotrophies a bit to a less powerful standpoint. As well as keep them more in line with the flavour of Rogue Servitor being a Unity based civic.

The modifications are as follows:

[+2.5 Consumer Goods Upkeep (For a final of 3.5, similar to Decadent Lifestyle Rulers)]
- This brings them in line with Decadent Lifestyle Ruler pops, it was kind of insane that pops that are being mandatorily pampered have a single consumer good upkeep...

[-20% Happiness (For a final bonus of only 20%, similar to Utopian Abundance and Decadent Lifestyle)]
- Counteracts some of the bonus happiness that they receive from their living standard, which is exceptionally high. They should still be easily enough to placate under optimal conditions. People don't like it when you take their autonomy away, after all.

[Complex Drone Output changed to Unity from Jobs (+1% Unity from Jobs on the planet per biotrophy "employed")]
- The biggest gripe with them, how they could effectively increase output of all resources by a very significant amount. Now, they are confined to only boosting unity, keeping them in line with the unity focus of the civic!

[-1 Artisan Drone from tier 2 Sanctuary (For a final of 1 Artisan Drone)]
[+2/+3 Maintenance Drones to tier 1/2 Sanctuaries (For a final of 2/4 at tier 1/2)]
- Combining with the increase in upkeep, the reduction of output for the upgraded sanctuary means that you will have to dedicate more to factories to keep the populace supplied. Some more maintenance drones came to cozy up with them, though, so it's not all bad.

The associated Buildings and Job have been altered, so anything that overwrites them too, will likely cause issues. Other than that, should fit in with everything else!
