GET THE WHIPLASH.

Go into sandbox or a mission with a sky.
(if you do enter a mission with a sky then type ↑ ↑ ↓ ↓ ← → ← → B A to activate cheats)

Then spawn an enemy that isn't heavy then turn on blind enemy's and invincible enemy's or turn on blind enemy's and make the enemy max tier and have max health by altering it.

then jump, whiplash the enemy, look down, stand on the enemy's head, jump then whiplash the enemy, and jump and whiplash the enemy and repeat.

Cheatless Whiplash Fly

You can fly without cheats but you need to
find a light enemy with decent health like Schism or Streetcleaner and do the same stuff as above besides the cheat parts.
