Improved version of Block Party. Fixed timeout issues, bots push players more aggresively, section doors works as intended with custom insurgent models.

I need to report some crashes client side with this version. It happens usually in the same zone, many of the clients get kicked with a "memory full" o something similar error, usually the players still connected get kicked in few minutes. Yesterday it happened twice, I will try to take screenshots of it.
