TF2 Heavy is Bird!

Replaces the bird idle noises with Heavy's voice lines from the Halloween Update where he turned into a Robin! Also includes one line from Medic as Archimedes.

I also took the liberty of replacing the default bird with the Red Army Robin, a cosmetic item for Heavy in TF2 (and the bird that his Birdhead voice lines are based on).

Beware, due to the nature of drastic pitch-changes for sound effects in-game, the results can make Heavy and Medimedes sound very cursed with lower pitches, but sometimes funny with higher pitches.
