Campaign Manager 2008

설명
This is Campaign Manager 2008 by Christian Leonhard and Jason Matthews. It's a two player game of drafing a deck and selecting states to fight over until one person has 270 electoral college votes. This seems to have had some popularity back then and people played it competitively.

Official Tournament rules, Deck Builder fan rules, and player aids are included.
