Intro
This is me and my ex wife.

We fell in love when I moved to Sun Haven. I have a soft spot for catgirls, so naturally when I met Kitty, it was love at first sight. Or so I thought.

This is me and my future ex-wife.

You see, when I kissed my wife goodbye and set off for Withergate, I didn't originally plan to fall in love again... but being bullied by hot demons awoke something in me... and I began dating them while still married to Kitty. It was our little secret, until Xyla had hinted she was ready for marriage as well, and after realizing she was rich and successful, I naturally turned into a gold digger and decided to marry her for the ring. Not because I love her or anything, just so I could one day be as rich and successful as she is! So, I then wore both rings from my current wife, and my ex wife, admiring them both, until I realized I could marry someone even more rich and successful... the Demon Prince himself, Prince Darius, who I also cheated on Kitty and Xyla with. Become a queen? Get an even fancier ring to replace my ex ex-wife's? That's the plan. Not to mention each of them gave me something special to keep before; what could he also offer me? Divorce in Sun Haven is free, and your exes don't even hate you; I can always divorce him and remarry if I regret it, right?

After making the prince of Withergate my side piece, I decided he deserved an upgrade... as did I.
Once he gave me the crown, I knew he meant business. And if divorcing my hot demon wife meant marrying an equally hot demon prince to become the queen of Withergate, which my future ex-wife put her blood, sweat, and tears into building... I was going to do it. And if I'm being honest? He was the one of the two demons I originally wanted to marry, but I had to get Xyla's ring first.

This is where our story begins. And it's time for you to create your own!

Step 1: Pre-meditate the Heartbreak!
There's So Many People to Romance, Who Do I choose?

Well, first I would suggest deciding who you want to be with in the end, first. That way you don't marry and divorce them and have to remarry later once you're done using the others for their valuable items and fancy rings.

For example, I was stuck between Xyla and Darius, because they both have cool rings that give you tickets every day, but I didn't know which one of them would be endgame for me. Until I visited Darius late one night and it was implied certain events took place; that's actually the day I divorced Kitty and decided she was too sweet to deserve being cheated on any longer. This was between me and the hot demons now. I decided that in case I was carrying the child of the demon prince, it would make sense to be with him in the end and become the queen... totally for our lovechild, and not for his money or crown or ring or anything... totally just for the baby! Only joking. I'm going to blindside Xyla so hard with the divorce when I marry her boss. She likes chess? She's a pawn in the game herself. I'm the real queen.

But how do you decide the steps you're going to take in your game to play everybody? Well, that depends on your own personal goals. Remember, you can wear two rings and hold one keepsake, so make sure you choose based on what you want to get out of them... and if you actually catch feelings for one of your little pawns, save them for last, because once you divorce a character, they go back down to eight hearts; so fairly close, but will take a bit of work to get back up to marrying again.

I suggest looking up online which rings and keepsakes are the most beneficial to you, and then plotting the order of hearts you'll break to get to the last person you actually want to marry. For me it went like this:

>Married kitty because she was cute
>Dated 2 hot demons while still married to her
>Decided to get divorced then marry Xyla first for her ring
>Saved Darius for last because I also wanted his ring but wanted to end up with him so I could be queen
>Date all 3 because I'm a player, and the more characters you have lots of hearts with, the more benefits you get like gold and community tokens if your exploration skill is high enough and you unlock the perks
>PROFIT.

Now we gotta put our plans into action.
Step 2: Be Charming
Let's put our plans into action, now.

Make sure once you decide whose hearts are going to be broken that you know how to win them over first. For example, I took this commemorative photo when I won Xyla over with weird fish. If i can do it, you can too! So write down the favorite things of who you're going to play with, and date them at the same time to save time, like I did with Xyla and Darius. Hoard these things and put them in a chest, even, so you can easily access them and sweep the lover of your choice off their feet. They don't even know you planned to divorce them before you even dated them!

This step WILL take a while since you cannot propose. Oh yeah, you're going to need 100 community tokens for every pawn in your game of marital chess, so make sure you're grinding those bulletin board requests that pop up. especially ones from the lucky ducks you choose to break the hearts of, because then you can get to it even faster and take their stuff!

Now, once they trust you and tell you they want to get married, it's time to buy an engagement ring with those hard earned tokens. And if you can afford more than one and have more people to marry, go for it! Buy however many rings you need!

Repeat this step until you've married and divorced everybody whose ring you wanted now belongs to you. You can even marry someone a second time if you want a double of their ring. Play them twice!
Step 3: Decide your Future
Now that you've played everyone there was to play and collected their prized possessions and fancy jewelry, it's time to settle... if you want.

Like I said in the intro, I wanted to be the queen of Withergate. So, for me, I have to marry Darius. He's ready for me, but I want to get Xyla to 20 hearts first for that sweet achievement first. So I need to give her more weird fish until she loves me more than anything, only for me to divorce her and run off with the ring so I can go marry the prince! Sorry Xyla.

Almost there... Almost...

Well, we did it. And now it's time to divorce.

I'm pretty sure, Bernard.

The house feels super empty now... I kind of miss her... I wish we could marry multiple people! But we cannot, so I must divorce her to become the queen of Withergate.
I got that achievement though! B)

Welp, time to marry Darius and conclude this scandal.

The Conclusion
Once you've dated and married and broken hearts to your heart's content and are ready to settle or go solo, that's pretty much it! Now you have an interesting story of love and heartbreak, and can end it on your own terms.

How did your love stories go? Did you date a couple of people? Everyone in every town? Get any cool keepsakes or rings? Share your stories with me!

As for how mine is going...
I had to make myself a demon again before asking Darius to marry me. It's just fitting.

I made my way to his room at 10 PM just to propose. He said yes, of course, and we were to be wed the next day at 4 pm.

And so that was that!
My ex wife and my ex ex wife were sitting one seat apart from each other which made the ceremony kind of awkward, but it's ok because now I'm the princess of Withergate, soon to be queen. So Xyla and her snarky comments can suck it.

Kitty on the other hand was very supportive. People should be more like Kitty, I think. I may not have needed her ring or her keepsake, and she may not be a princess, but she at least has the most positive attitude out of everyone. Even when I replaced her ring with the much cooler ring I got from Darius.

Well, that's it, really. That's how you be a Chad and play relationship chess in Sun Haven. I gotta go uhhhh be a queen now, byeeee

So...
Males play games where they can murder hundreds of people,
Females play games where they can cheat on hundreds of people.
Luckily, NEITHER of them can do that in real life without going to jail... oh, wait....

little thing missed, you can marry multiple characters at once if you give them all the engagement ring on the same day. You will just have multiple wedding and 1 random one will be the main spouse
